Terms of Service
The short version: These terms spell out how a move is priced, booked, and finished. The written flat rate is what you pay, $95 reserves your date, and the balance is due when the job is complete. We treat your things with care and stay insured, though sensible limits apply and a short list of items cannot ride along. Booking means you accept all of this.
Quotes and scheduling
Each quote rests on what you tell us about home size, access, and distance. The written flat rate stays firm unless the scope changes, such as added items, an extra stop, or access conditions you did not mention at booking. The $95 deposit locks your date and is later applied to the final amount.
Paying and canceling
The remaining balance comes due once the move is finished, paid through the methods we accept. Need to cancel or move the date? Tell us as early as you can; with reasonable notice a deposit can usually carry to a new date. If weather forces us to reschedule, you face no penalty.
Liability and valuation
Every job includes released-value protection at sixty cents per pound at no charge. For more, full-value coverage can be added at roughly one to three percent of the declared value. A $1,000,000 cargo policy stands behind the company. Any claim must be submitted in writing within the period the law allows. We are not responsible for cartons you packed yourself unless our handling caused the damage.
What stays off the truck
Safety and regulation prevent us from carrying hazardous goods, flammables, or perishables. By booking, you confirm that the information you gave us is accurate and agree to these terms. Send any questions to [email protected].
