Privacy Policy
The short version: We collect only what it takes to price and run a move, which means your name, a way to reach you, and the addresses in play. None of it is ever sold; it goes strictly to the people working your move or to behind-the-scenes tools like email and payment processing that keep us running. At any point you may ask to see, correct, or delete what we hold.
What we gather
When you request a quote or book a date, we receive the details you decide to give: your name, phone, email, the origin and destination addresses, the move date, and a list of items and access notes. If you pay a deposit or balance online, a secure third-party processor takes care of it, and full card numbers never live on our systems.
What we do with it
We use your details to write the quote, schedule and carry out the move, send a certificate of insurance to any building that asks, deliver confirmations and follow-ups, and keep the records that Ohio PUCO and federal moving regulations call for. We may contact you about your own move or, where you have opted in, with an occasional service note.
Who else sees it
We share information only to complete your move: with our own crew and with vendors such as email, scheduling, and payment providers acting for us. Selling or renting your personal details to anyone outside that circle is something we simply never do. We disclose only where the law requires it.
What you can do
You are welcome to ask for a look at, a correction to, or a complete erasure of the personal details we hold, and you can unsubscribe from any non-essential messages whenever you wish. Send requests to [email protected]. Move records are kept only as long as the law requires and no longer.
